Ownership Options:
Single Family Lots: Each lot consists of a minimum of four acres of deed-restricted property with underground power and telephone service provided to the lot lines. Lot owners will have the benefit of many on-site amenities. Each lot owner may construct one single-family dwelling and observatory per four-acres, with a combined minimum living area of 1,000 square feet. Water and septic improvements are the responsibility of each lot owner. Well-share Agreements are available and participation is highly recommended. Four adjacent lot owners will have the opportunity to participate in the construction of a common single well which will assure adequate depth and water volume at a greatly reduced cost per unit.
Interval Ownership Haciendas: There will be 11 Interval Ownership Haciendas at Arizona Sky Village. Each Hacienda is proposed to be a 1,700 square foot, fully furnished, Adobe-style, split-plan, three bedroom, two bathroom unit. Located on spacious lots, each self-contained unit will come complete with all utilities, including high-speed Internet access and remote robotic wide-field telescope linkage. Also included with each unit will be a 14-inch computerized telescope located in a private open-air observation courtyard with an adjacent desert-environment birding station. Additionally, unit owners will have access to the Community Observatory equipped with a remote CCD camera and a 30-inch computerized Starmaster® telescope. We will be accepting reservations soon!
